Embodied Resilience Workshop Series: Navigating Threat Response

Join Randelle Lusk for a transformative four-part Rare Method workshop series where we explore the body's natural responses to threat through the lens of Somatic Experiencing (SE) therapy. SE principles teach us that past experiences and stress can become trapped in our bodies, influencing our behaviours and reactions. By cultivating somatic awareness, we can begin to unravel these patterns, cultivate greater resilience, and transform our responses to perceived threats.

In each workshop, we will delve into one of the four primary threat responses: fight, flight, freeze, and fawn. These responses are deeply ingrained in our biology and can profoundly impact our well-being. Through a blend of Rare Method somatic techniques, facilitated inquiry and group discussion, we will learn to recognize the signs of each response in our bodies and develop strategies to regulate them.

Whether you are seeking to heal from past experiences, looking to reclaim a sense of safety in your body, wanting to manage stress more effectively, or are simply curious about the intersection of psychology and physiology, this workshop series offers practical tools and insights for personal growth, healing, and transformation. Join us as we embark on a journey of self-discovery and empowerment.

You can join for the whole course for $250, or any of the 4 sessions you'd like on a drop-in basis for $65 per session.
