  • PRINCIPLES OF SOMATIC HEALING

    NEW DATE: October 26 + 27, 2024 – Calgary

    Open to wellness and mental health practitioners, movement and mindfulness teachers, body workers, coaches, facilitators, and anyone interested in understanding the principles of somatics and their own relationship to the nervous system.

    This layer of the training program explores nervous system fundamentals + function, threat response cycles, somatic principles + basic applications through theoretical investigation, self-reflection, and group discussion:

  • RARE METHOD™ TEACHING METHODOLOGY

    NEW DATE: Nov. 16+17, 2024 – Calgary

    Open to yoga teachers and fitness instructors who have completed The Foundation.

    In this layer of the training you will learn the philosophy and methodology behind Rare Method™. You will also learn how somatic principles + theory are woven into the framework and delivery of Rare Method™ classes.

    Additionally you will be introduced to the elements of creating a RARE Experience: vibe, music, language and more!

  • PERSONAL PROMISE + BRAND WORKSHOP with Marrow Studio

    NEW DATE: Nov. 23, 2024 – Calgary

    In this workshop, Tanya Puka, Founder+ Brand Strategist, of Marrow Studios will guide you through a series of questions and exercises to define your Promise, AKA your elevator pitch.

    Think of this as the value you wish to create in your offering. A critical piece to owning this statement is unearthing your PURPOSE—your reason for being, and the driver that propels you forward in life and in what you share.

    In short, define what makes you and your offering RARE.

  • RARE METHOD™ EMBODIED TEACHER APPRENTICESHIP

    November 2024 thru January 2025 – Online + In-Studio

    In this portion of the training is largely self directed with the exception of monthly group check-ins (online).

    Students will practice embodying Rare Method™ theory and practices, while developing their unique approach and authentic voice as Rare Method™ teachers.

    Students will also learn and demonstrate the following:

    • Methodology Integration: Dive deeper into weaving The Method into classes and daily life.

    • Business Development: Gain an understanding of the Rare Method™ brand and develop business skills.

    • Rare Method + Personal Brand Application Define your purpose, promise and personal brand within the Rare Method™ brand.
