Sabi Mind: Shifting States Workshop

In this workshop, we will cover the basic principles of nervous system regulation and how its fluctuations are important not only to our physiological health but also to our emotional well-being. Together, we will explore how somatics—felt sensations—are the key to understanding how the body holds stress and emotion from our past and current circumstances. Accessing and expressing what we feel has the power to release trauma from our bodies and the potential to reprogram our brains for lasting change.

Participants can expect a combination of theory, somatic-based exploration, prompted self-reflection and group interaction/discussion.

Please come dressed for comfort and light movement. Bring your journal, pen and drinking vessel.
